These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website and any quad or buggy booking arranged with MerzougaWay ("we", "us"), operating in Merzouga, Morocco. Registered business address: Marrakech, Morocco. Registration information: ICE 003919316000036, RC 3575.

Bookings

Bookings are arranged directly with our team via WhatsApp (+212675203319) or email (hello@merzougaatv.com). A booking is only confirmed once our team has confirmed it with you directly. Prices shown on this website (Quad: €35/hour, Buggy: €120/hour) apply unless otherwise agreed.

Cancellations & Changes

For cancellations, rescheduling, or changes to a booking, please contact us directly on WhatsApp or by email as soon as possible. We do not publish a fixed cancellation policy on this page — please confirm the applicable terms with our team at the time of booking.

Participant Responsibility

Participants are expected to follow the safety briefing and instructions given by our team before and during the ride. Please inform us of any relevant medical conditions or concerns before booking.

Liability

Quad biking and buggy driving involve inherent risks associated with off-road and desert activities. Participants take part at their own risk and are responsible for following the safety briefing and all instructions given by our guides before and during the ride. By booking a tour, you acknowledge and accept these risks. Please contact us directly with any questions about liability before booking.

Payment

This website does not process online payments. Payment arrangements are agreed directly with our team as part of the booking process.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Morocco.
